Into The Fog – Groove In The Gorge Music Series
July 12th 2025 - An evening of Into the Fog!
Fayetteville, WV — Into The Fog is a psychedelic jamgrass band from Raleigh, North Carolina that combines timeless songwriting with progressive instrumentation and tight harmonies. The group consists of Winston Mitchell (mandolin), Derek Lane (upright bass), and Connor Kozlosky (guitar), with everyone contributing on vocals. The band’s members have varied musical backgrounds that range from bluegrass to funk, which helps create Into The Fog’s genre-jumping sound.
The band has released three studio albums and two live records. Their latest, Carolina Moon released in August of 2024, expands upon their latest sounds incorporating collaborative songwriting, improvised jams, and a focus on harmony. Live shows are a keystone of the Into The Fog experience, as the band expands songs to highlight their instrumental prowess and push the boundaries of the newgrass sound.
Into The Fog has shared the stage with the likes of Sam Bush, Keller & The Keels, Leftover Salmon, Town Mountain, Larry Keel Experience, Daniel Donato, Jon Stickley Trio, Arkansauce, Shadowgrass, Big Richard, and The Grass Is Dead. No strangers to the festival scene, Into The Fog has played FloydFest, Rooster Walk, Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival, Charleston Bluegrass Festival, Earl Scruggs Music Festival, The Big What? and more.
The Outpost is a place to bring people together who love the outdoors, music and food nestled in the heartbeat of the New River Gorge. The Outpost offers a variety of lodging accommodations including primitive tent camping, tent platforms, cabins, vintage RV rental and both small and large RV sites. Food trucks, vendors, massage therapy services and premium amenities help create the communal family vibe that is being talked about everywhere.

WHAT: A Jamgrass summer get down! Beautiful vibes in the air, camping, food trucks, local brews, and art vendors while dancing and getting groovy under the stars 160’ down in the heartbeat of the New River Gorge!
WHEN: July 12th, 2025 – Bar 5:30pm - Doors at 6:00pm / Main Show 7:30 pm – 11:00 pm
HOW MUCH: $12 (Plus tax/fees) (CAMPING WILL INCLUDE TICKETS)

FREE SHUTTLE: A free, continuously running shuttle will be available with two pick-up and drop-off locations. Each ride takes about 10 minutes or less. Details are listed below — just click the map links to view each spot!

2. Downtown Fayetteville: (Corner of Fayette Avenue and Phillips Street) - while you're there, enjoy the town’s restaurants, bars, and shops before taking the shuttle to the venue. Please note that parking in this area includes 2-hour street parking, After Hours Parking Lots (free after 5 PM), and a few Anytime Parking Lots.
