TERMS, CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION
Thank you for purchasing a ticket to see a show at The Outpost "Where Wild Meets Wonderful". We look forward to seeing you with smiles at the show.
We are a family-friendly venue where people of all ages can enjoy our grounds and events. We will always make sure to keep this environment and ask our guests to do the same for the benefit of all as everyone should be able to have fun!
Please read the following Terms and Conditions for best enjoyment of all our guests. By scanning your tickets or being on The Outpost property, you and all guests (using purchased tickets) agree to the following Terms and Conditions along with rules found at outpostnrg.com/rules:
1. No Refunds, Transfers or Exchanges. Take care of your ticket as it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and is valid only for the event printed / stated on the ticket. This ticket is a revocable license to attend the event listed on the front of the ticket and is subject to all terms listed here and on outpostnrg.com. Such license may be revoked without refund for noncompliance with terms. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, counterfeit and if so, are void. The Outpost is not responsible for counterfeit or invalid tickets. All applicable taxes are included.
2. All shows are Rain or Shine, meaning as long as there is no severe weather (lightning, high winds, hurricane / tropical storm threats, flood threats, etc.) in the forecast, the show will go forward as planned. All of our guests should dress for the weather that day. If the show is cancelled or postponed due to weather, you will be notified immediately and given the option for a refund. If the show has already started and severe weather forces us to stop the show, we will make an announcement and the show will be evacuated. Once the weather threat passes, you will be allowed to return to the venue. If we are unable to continue the show due to severe weather, you will be notified by email concerning potential partial refunds and / or make-up dates if applicable.
3. Day Ticket holders (non-campers) parking is only allowed in designated "Day Parking" areas and not within the campground itself. Areas will be marked clearly. If parking within camping-only areas, day ticket holders agree to being towed at their own expense at the discretion of management. If you must leave your vehicle overnight, it must be removed by noon the next day or it is subject to towing at your expense. You are NOT allowed to sleep in your vehicle within the campground under ANY circumstances. It will be considered trespassing if doing so and will be handled accordingly.
4. Day Ticket holders (non-campers) are not allowed in camping areas, camping facilities including bathhouse, and are to follow all signage as stated. They must leave grounds directly when the show ends and follow proper direction out of venue. Day ticket holders understand that not following signage, Outpost employee direction(s) or any information posted or requested is a violation of which they can be escorted off property at the discretion of management without a refund of ticket(s).
5. You must wear shoes when you're on the property... And pants, a shirt, etc. We want you to be comfortable but this is a place of business. Dress as if you are going to a bar or restaurant.
6. The Outpost does NOT allow the following within the music area for ticketed events: chairs / tents / easy-ups or other camping furniture unless required for medical disability, bags or purses unless clear plastic, vinyl or PVC material 6" x 6" or less, professional photography / cameras / flash, audio / video recording equipment, pets or animals (except legal service animals with certificate), or re-entry. Smoking is discouraged and if you MUST smoke, please be respectful to the people and children around you.
7. The Outpost does not allow the following items on or within its premises at any time: drones, illegal drugs, weapons of any kind, fireworks, projectiles, laser pens, laser lights, unregistered vending, bootleg merchandise, underage drinking, illegal drug use or violence.
8. Alcoholic Beverages: All state / federal laws apply. Alcoholic beverage consumption is restricted to those 21 years or older. Excessively loud, combative, belligerent, or disruptive behavior, or underage drinking will not be tolerated at any time and will be handled accordingly.
9. Holder assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers occurring before, during or after event, including injury by any cause, or arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to COVID-19, a bacteria, virus, or any pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), however caused or contracted, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims against, The Outpost at The New River Gorge, business working or leased on The Outpost grounds, vendor, group, participants, artists, promoters, managers and each of their respective representatives, affiliates and personnel.
BY BEING ON THE OUTPOST PROPERTY AND / OR SCANNING TICKET, I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE OUTPOST AT THE NEW RIVER GORGE LLC, its owners and agents (collectively, The Outpost Management), from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of The Outpost property, facilities, UTVs, amenities, creeks, (collectively, the Premises) and any dangers and hazards associated with easements (equipment, employees, poles, lines, etc) or acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; floods, high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, ice; or encounters with wildlife.
FURTHER, I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS The Outpost Management, and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney fees) they may incur due to injury (including death), damage or loss of property relating to use of the Premises by me, my children, and/or my invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although The Outpost Management makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons registered in my party is my sole responsibility.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who fails to comply with the terms and conditions and/or rules for the event in which this ticket is issued or as stated on outpostnrg.com.
